- CBO Investment Management (CBOIM) is changing.
- Over the past decade we have raised capital for and invested millions of US$ in African businesses and we worked hard to drive investment into Africa. We are very proud of our track record, what we achieved and the great people we have worked with.
- At this time, we believe that the global pandemic, the energy transition, the march of the tech sector and the resultant shifts in the global economy will fundamentally evolve the Africa investment narrative. And to meet this change, we must change.
- This process has already started and whilst our updated platform will continue to raise capital for and invest in great African businesses, it will work with a more pronounced view of Africa’s global linkages and Africa’s core demographically driven opportunities. Our operations will continue to be supported by our network of well established local and international partnerships.
- We very much look forward to the next decade of driving growth in Africa.
- Thanks. Management
